Furniture & Property - Please handle all furniture, appliances, electronics and household items with care. - Guests may be charged for damage, loss or excessive cleaning caused during their stay. 8. Security Fully secured 9. Cleanliness - Please keep the apartment reasonably clean and dispose of waste properly. - Laundry facilities should be used responsibly. 11. Caution Deposit - A refundable caution deposit of ₦100,000 is required. - It will be refunded after checkout, subject to inspection and deduction for any verified damage or loss. 13.
