House Rules
1. No smoking allowed inside apartment. Smoking of cigarettes is only allowed outside the apartment in the designated sit out areas. Taking of hard drugs and substances is prohibited in the entire premises. Culprits will be handed over to relevant authorities. 2. Check in time is 2pm and check out time is 12pm 3. Loud music, parties or excessive noise are not permitted 4. Guests are expected to be respectful of other guests and to avoid nuisance of any kind 5. Guests will be held responsible for any damaged properties during the course of their stay 6. No pets allowed 7. Guests are entitled to 15 minutes past the check out time after which the guest will be required to pay the full cost for the room 8. There is a refundable cation fee of #50,000 which will be withheld if smoking of cigarettes in the apartment is detected.
