Maison De Luxuria House Rules, Terms & Conditions Welcome to Maison de Luxuria Shortlet Apartment. We’re delighted to host you and kindly ask that you review and adhere to the following rules to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone. 1. Check-In & Check-Out • Check-in: 3:00 PM • Check-out: 12:00 Noon • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may attract an additional fee. • Two nights minimum stay • Valid ID is required at check-in for all guests. 2. Payment & Booking • Full payment is required to confirm all bookings. • A refundable caution/security deposit may be required to cover damages or rule violations. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in may forfeit full payment. 3. Apartment Use • The apartment is for short-term residential use only. • No parties, loud music, or events are allowed without prior approval. • Maximum number of occupants: Dependent on the number of rooms booked. 2 guests per room exception of the Single Room downstairs. 4. Visitors • Visitors are allowed only with prior notification and must leave the premises by 10:00 PM unless staying overnight with approval. • The host reserves the right to deny entry to unregistered guests. 5. Smoking, Alcohol & Substances • Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. You may use designated outdoor areas. • Possession or use of illegal substances will result in immediate eviction and possible legal action. 6. Property & Furniture • Please do not move furniture or appliances. • Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused during their stay. • Report any malfunction or damage immediately to management. 7. Security & Power • The apartment has 24-hour power supply and standby security. • Always switch off ALL electrical appliances when not in use. • Always lock all doors and windows when leaving the premises. • Do not give access codes or keys to unauthorized persons. 8. Cleaning & Maintenance • The apartment is cleaned before check-in. • Extra cleaning during stay is available upon request. • Please keep the space tidy and dispose of waste properly. 9. Pets • Pets are not allowed unless explicitly approved before check-in. 10. Liability • Maison de Luxuria is not liable for loss of personal items or accidents occurring within the property. • Guests are responsible for their personal safety and that of their visitors. 11. Breach of Rules • Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate termination of stay without refund and forfeiture of deposit. Thank you for choosing Maison de Luxuria.
