House Rules

1. Apartment Use • The apartment is for short-term residential use only. • No parties, loud music, or events are allowed without prior approval. • Maximum number of occupants: Dependent on the number of rooms booked. 2 guests per room exception of the Single Room downstairs. 2. Visitors • Visitors are allowed only with prior notification and must leave the premises by 10:00 PM unless staying overnight with approval. • The host reserves the right to deny entry to unregistered guests. 3. Smoking, Alcohol & Substances • Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. You may use designated outdoor areas. • Possession or use of illegal substances will result in immediate eviction and possible legal action. 4. Property & Furniture • Please do not move furniture or appliances. • Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused during their stay. • Report any malfunction or damage immediately to management. 5. Security & Power • The apartment has 24-hour power supply and standby security. • Always switch off ALL electrical appliances when not in use. • Always lock all doors and windows when leaving the premises. • Do not give access codes or keys to unauthorized persons. 6. Cleaning & Maintenance • The apartment is cleaned before check-in. • Extra cleaning during stay is available upon request. • Please keep the space tidy and dispose of waste properly. 7. Pets • Pets are not allowed unless explicitly approved before check-in. 8. Liability • Maison de Luxuria is not liable for loss of personal items or accidents occurring within the property. • Guests are responsible for their personal safety and that of their visitors. 9. Breach of Rules • Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate termination of stay without refund and forfeiture of deposit.
