House Rules

1. CHECK-IN | CHECK-OUT Check-in: From 7:00 AM | Check-out: By 12:00 Noon Late check-out attracts additional charges. 2. OCCUPANCY Maximum occupancy: 2 Adults, or 1 Adult with 1 Child (under 18) Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight. Exceeding occupancy is strictly prohibited. 3. DAMAGE DEPOSIT & LIABILITY A refundable ₦20,000 damage deposit is required per Apartment. Refund is subject to satisfactory post check-out inspection. Guests are liable for any damage or missing items; where costs exceed the deposit, the Guest shall pay the balance. 4. CONDUCT, NOISE & EVENTS Parties, gatherings, and loud events are not permitted unless pre-approved. Guests must conduct themselves in a manner that does not disturb neighbors. Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM 5. SMOKING Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Cleaning and deodorization charges apply for violations. 6. PARKING Maximum of 1 vehicle per Apartment within the premises. Visitors must use designated external parking areas. All vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk. 7. POWER & APPLIANCE USE 24/7 power is provided via inverter/generator support. Guests are expected to use electricity and appliances responsibly 8. SECURITY & ACCESS Guests must secure doors and windows when leaving the Apartment. Access details must not be shared with unauthorized persons 9. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES Illegal activities are strictly prohibited. Any breach will result in immediate termination of stay without refund. 10. VALUABLES & PERSONAL BELONGINGS A digital safe is provided for valuables. Guests are responsible for securing their personal items at all times. DISCLAIMER Use of the Apartment and all facilities is at the Guest’s sole risk. H & J Apartments shall not be liable for any loss, theft, damage, injury, or inconvenience arising from the use of the premises, including personal belongings, vehicles, or misuse of facilities. By occupying the Apartment, the Guest agrees to comply with these House Rules and accepts full responsibility for their conduct and that of their visitors.
