1. No smoking inside the apartment (STRICTLY PROHIBITED). X Smoking indoors attracts a fine of #100,000. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony. 2. Laughing gas (nitrous oxide) is strictly prohibited. Any guest found with or using laughing gas will forfeit the full caution fee and may be evicted immediately without a refund. 3. No parties or events of any kind. 4. Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. Extra guests are not allowed without prior approval. 5. No pets allowed. 6. No loud music or noise disturbances at any time. ® Kindly respect neighbors and estate rules. 7. Guests are responsible for any damage to the apartment or its contents and will be charged accordingly. 8. Check-in: 2:00 PM 9. Check-out: 12:00 PM 10. Early check-in: #20,000 per hour (subject to availability) 11. Late check-out: N20,000 per hour. 12. The caution fee will be refunded within 24 hours after check-out, subject to inspection. 13. Energy & Appliance Use: • Guests must turn off all lights, air conditioners, and electrical appliances when not in use. • All lights, ACs, and appliances must be switched off when leaving the apartment, especially at check-out. 14.
